General Sales Conditions
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between the company O'XTENSIONS (company number: 1007.907.501), having its registered office at Rue du Long Chêne 46, 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem, Belgium (hereinafter "O'XTENSIONS"), and any customer placing an order via the Shopify site dedicated to the sale of hair extensions and the reservation of services.
2. Products and services
O'XTENSIONS offers genius weft hair extensions for sale. It also offers extension installation, straightening and American teeth whitening services, which require a prior consultation. Product descriptions, specifications and usage tips are available on the website.
Product characteristics : The seller strives to present as clearly as possible the main characteristics of the products (on the information sheets available on the site) and the mandatory information that the customer must receive under applicable law (in these General Conditions). The customer undertakes to read this information carefully before placing an order on the site. The seller reserves the right to modify the selection of products available on the site, in particular depending on the constraints related to its suppliers. Unless expressly indicated otherwise on the site, all products sold by the seller are new and comply with current European legislation and the standards applicable in Belgium.
3. Orders
Ordering process : Once the products have been selected and placed in the shopping cart, the customer must click on the shopping cart and check that the contents of their order are correct. If the customer has not yet done so, they will then be asked to identify themselves or register. Once the customer has validated the contents of the shopping cart and identified themselves/registered, an online form will be displayed to them, automatically completed and summarizing the price, applicable taxes and, where applicable, delivery costs. The customer is invited to check the contents of their order (including the quantity, characteristics and references of the products ordered, the billing address, the payment method and the price) before validating its contents. The customer can then proceed to pay for the products by following the instructions on the site and provide all the information necessary for the invoicing and delivery of the products. For products for which options are available, these specific references appear when the correct options have been selected. Orders placed must include all the information necessary for the proper processing of the order. The customer must also indicate the chosen delivery method. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute. Any order placed constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Order Confirmation : A confirmation email is sent to the Customer summarizing the details of the order. O'XTENSIONS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including in the event of a stock shortage, payment problem or previous dispute with the Customer.
Modification or cancellation : Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after validation, except with the express agreement of O'XTENSIONS.
Order date : The order date is the date on which the seller acknowledges receipt of the order online. The deadlines indicated on the site only begin to run from this date.
- Product availability
Depending on the product concerned, the seller applies a "just-in-time" inventory management. Consequently, depending on the case, the availability of the products depends on the seller's stocks. The seller undertakes to honor the orders received provided that the products are available.
The unavailability of a product is generally indicated on the page of the product concerned. Customers may also be informed of the restocking of a product by the seller. In any event, if the unavailability was not indicated at the time of the order, the seller undertakes to inform the customer without delay if the product is unavailable. The seller may, at the customer's request: Either offer to ship all the products at the same time as soon as the out-of-stock products are available again, Or proceed with a partial shipment of the available products initially, then to ship the rest of the order when the other products are available, subject to clear information concerning the additional transport costs that may be incurred, Or offer an alternative product of equivalent quality and price, accepted by the customer. If the customer decides to cancel his order for unavailable products, he will obtain a refund of all sums paid for the unavailable products, without delay and at the latest within thirty (30) days of payment. “Product availability” the customer can be informed of the restocking of a product.
4. Rates and Payment Terms
- Prices : Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). O'XTENSIONS reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Payment methods : Payments are made online by credit card. The payment option via Klarna is currently being confirmed and will be added later. Delay or refusal of payment. If the bank refuses to debit a card or other means of payment, the customer must contact the seller's Customer Service in order to pay for the order by any other valid means of payment. In the event that, for whatever reason, opposition, refusal or other, the transmission of the flow of money owed by the customer proves impossible, the order will be cancelled and the sale automatically terminated.
Anti-fraud system : O'XTENSIONS reserves the right to verify the authenticity of payments and to suspend an order if fraud is suspected.
Payment security : Transactions are secured using encryption protocols that comply with current standards. No banking data is stored on O'XTENSIONS servers. Transactions carried out on the O'XTENSIONS website are secured by an SSL encryption protocol. No banking data is stored on our servers.
5. Delivery
- Delivery areas : O'XTENSIONS delivers to Benelux, France, Germany and Switzerland.
- Delivery times and costs : Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen. This information will be specified when finalizing the order.
Liability : O'XTENSIONS is responsible for the goods until delivery. In the event of damage during transport, the Customer must notify the carrier and O'XTENSIONS within 48 hours. In the event of an incorrect address provided by the Customer, the reshipping costs will be borne by the Customer. The products remain the property of O'XTENSIONS until full payment of their price by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Withdrawal period : In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties. If the Customer's order concerns several products and if these products are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires fourteen days after receipt.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal : The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Products sealed for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if the seal has been broken by the Customer after delivery. Products that have been used, handled or damaged by the Customer. If the hair is damaged, tangled, colored, if there is a smell of perfume or shampoo, if the new condition is not noted, the request for exchange and / or refund will be refused by the after-sales service. Personalized or tailor-made services (e.g.: installation of extensions).
Return procedure : The Customer must inform O'XTENSIONS of his decision to withdraw by sending an e-mail to o.xtensions@gmail.com before the expiration of the 14-day period. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, with the security seal intact. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. If the product is deemed not to comply with the return conditions (example: broken seal, used product), no refund will be granted, and the product may be returned to the Customer at his expense.
Guarantees and Liability Legal guarantee : The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. O'XTENSIONS guarantees that the products delivered comply with their description on the site. However, the results of the services, such as teeth whitening, may vary depending on the individual characteristics of the customer, without any guarantee of specific results.
Exclusions : O'XTENSIONS is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the products or their improper maintenance by the Customer.
- Limitation of liability : O'XTENSIONS cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages caused by a delay in delivery, an interruption of service or a case of force majeure. O'XTENSIONS' liability is limited to the amount of the order.
8. Personal Data
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the O'XTENSIONS Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of O'XTENSIONS or its partners. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
PROOF AND ARCHIVING
Any contract concluded with the customer corresponding to an order for an amount greater than 250 euros including VAT will be archived by the seller for a period of seven (7) years in accordance with Belgian law. The seller agrees to archive this information in order to ensure monitoring of transactions and to produce a copy of the contract at the customer's request. In the event of a dispute, the seller will have the opportunity to prove that its electronic tracking system is reliable and that it guarantees the integrity of the transaction.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of O'XTENSIONS. The parties agree to maintain at all costs the basic rate of the updated amounts of the legal compensation, including the processing of the opposition.
11. Clause of Use and Maintenance of Products
Products sold by O'XTENSIONS must be used in accordance with the care instructions provided. O'XTENSIONS cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use or lack of care in accordance with the recommendations.
12. Aesthetic Non-Conformity Clause
The product images presented on the site are not contractual. O'XTENSIONS does not guarantee a perfect match between the appearance of the product received and the photographs, due to the variability of the natural materials used.
13. Allergy Clause
Before any service, the Client is required to inform O'XTENSIONS of any known allergy or sensitivity that may interfere with the use of the products or the performance of the services.
O'XTENSIONS declines all responsibility in the event of omission of this information.
14. Clauses specific to teeth whitening services
Legal information : The teeth whitening services offered by O'XTENSIONS do not replace medical treatment or follow-up by a dental health professional. They are considered non-medical aesthetic services.
Responsibility : The Client is required to consult a healthcare professional before any service if he or she suffers from known dental problems (cavities, gingivitis, etc.).
O'XTENSIONS declines all responsibility in the event of complications arising from an unreported pre-existing oral health condition.
- Results : The results of teeth whitening services may vary depending on the natural shade of the teeth and the Client's lifestyle habits (tobacco, coffee, etc.). O'XTENSIONS does not guarantee uniform or specific results.
Contraindications : Teeth whitening is not recommended for pregnant women, minors and people with allergies to the products used. The Client is required to report any contraindications before the service.
15. Complaints and Claims
- Any complaint regarding the products delivered or the services provided must be reported to O'XTENSIONS by e-mail or registered letter within 8 days of receipt of the goods or performance of the service. After this period, complaints will no longer be admissible.
- Complaints regarding visible defects or quantity discrepancies must be made at the time of delivery or immediately upon receipt.
- Minor variations in color or texture of extensions, deemed acceptable in the industry, cannot be the subject of claims.
16. Force Majeure
- O'XTENSIONS cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
- Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: strikes, lockouts, fires, exceptional weather, transportation interruptions, technical failures, government restrictions, pandemics, and any other event making the performance of the contract impossible or impracticable.
- In the event of force majeure, the deadlines for performance of contractual obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
17. Limitations of Liability in the Event of Non-Compliance
- In the event of non-compliant delivery or a justified complaint, O'XTENSIONS undertakes to replace defective products at its own expense.
- No additional compensation may be required, except in the event of proof of serious harm directly attributable to O'XTENSIONS.
